for the treatment of bentonitic sludges from slurry shield
TBMs, or from foundations.
Adapted to all geological conditions,
Flexible and modular design of the plants, with
a tailored to the job lay-out,
Patented bentonitic mud management system, allowing
rapid modification of the rehologic properties of the
slurry in terms of density or viscosity
Full treatment of the water and the excess sludge by pressing or centrifugation,
in order to transform it into a solid or “pelletable” waste and to facilitate its disposal while reducing the costs
Re-use of the excavated spoils :
On sites such as "Lefortovo tunnels"
in Moscow or "Groene Hart" in the Netherlands,
MS has risen to the challenge of designing and setting
up comprehensive Slurry Treatment Plants for the two largest
TBMs in the world
