News: Colas - Castille Site
As part of the refurbishment of the Castille site, the company Colas has been commissioning a new sand washing unit.
Composed of a double cycloning / simple dewatering unit, this equipment includes a recombining device of the 2 produced gradings (0/2 and 2/4 mm).
This plant can treat 200 t/h and enables to increase the production, improving the sand quality as well.
Downstream, a water treatment plant, which can treat 600 m3/h, allows to clear the washing waters and to concentrate the sludge before being discharged at about 1,200 m.
