News: Giussani Emilio Srl and Metso Italy
We thank the company Giussani Emilio Srl and Metso Italy, for the order of a sand washing, water recycling and sludge pressing plant.
Metso Italy is in charge of delivering by the end of the present year a new washing, screening and crushing plant for this custoomer, located close to Milano.
Producing 210 t/h of washed aggregates in 8 catégories, this plant includes :
* two sand treatment sections, natural and crushed being prodused separately,
* on combined water treatment section, with Ř 14m thickener, and automatized section for flocculant preparation and injection,
* one sludge pressing section, with a mixed plates filter press, for a total volume of cakes of 6.5 m3.
The mixed plates, i.e. chamber type on one side and membrane on the other side, make it possible to treat difficult sludge, possibly without lime or other filtration helper chemicals addition, which ease their valorization or their disposal.
