Modular design :
Complete plant composed of two stackable
modular units,
including :
• one skid base with the settling
tank and its overflow weir,
the clarified water tank with an oil separator.
• one control bungalow, installed on the bridge,
and
containing the control and monitoring cabinet, the
flocculant preparation unit "DOSAFLOC",
the flocculant
dosage monitoring unit "CONTROLFLOC",
• Automated pumping section for the concentrated
sludges.
Pre-fitted and wired in our workshop.
Options
• One cycloning and dewatering unit
to desand the water
before clarification ;
• One pressing
section to transform the semi-liquid sludge
into solid cakes.
